All of my cookies are home produced and processed in a kitchen that may process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and shellfish.

Q: Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, I have a 2 dozen minimum for custom orders

Q: Do you ship your cookies

No. Cookies are only available for pick up from my home in Louisville, KY in the J-Town area. My address will be provided to you once your order is confirmed

Q: How can I place a custom order?

Please fill out a custom order request through this website. Please include the following details if you are able:

Date of event

Date you would want to pick up your order

Theme

Quantity (Must order 2 dozen minimum)

Possible cookie designs/ideas/colors

Please allow me few business days to respond. Once your custom order is accepted and final price is discussed, you will have 3 days to produce payment in full. If payment is not made, your date will not be reserved.

Q: Can you make character cookies?

I do not offer character cookies or cookies of copyrighted designs. I can offer a character inspired sets instead!

Q: How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Each cookie I make will be individually wrapped in a cellophane bag. Cookies stay fresh for approx. 1 week at room temperature. You can store your cookies on your counter away from the sun until your event.

Also I will note that decorated cookies freeze wonderfully! Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months and will still taste delicious. A note with directions on how to freeze your custom cookies will be added to your custom order.

Q: Do you offer gluten free, dairy free or vegan cookies?

I do not offer these options at this time.

Q: Do you offer any other flavors?

No, all of my cookies are made with my standard vanilla recipe.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

No, I do not offer bulk discounts.

FULFILLMENT POLICIES

For custom cookies, due to the custom nature of my cookies, no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed. If you have paid for a cookie order but need to cancel the order, your deposit will not be returned but can be used for a future custom cookie order. If you placed an order during a presale and do not pick up your order, a refund will not be issued.
